Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility Window: Customers can request exchanges or refunds within 30 days of receiving their products. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing to ensure satisfaction.
  • Condition Requirements: Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in resalable condition. Products that are altered or damaged, such as scuffs, scratches, or having cologne/perfume odors, will not be eligible for a return and will be sent back at the customer's expense.
  • Return Process: Items must be returned in their original packaging. Customers must initiate the return process within the eligible window, and once approved, have 5 days to send back the products.
  • Shipping and Handling: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Chic Froid does not provide prepaid shipping labels unless an error occurred on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom and Made-to-Order Products: Sales of custom pieces, such as solid gold items and items made to customer specifications, are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges due to the bespoke nature of these items.
  • Hygiene-Sensitive Products: All sales of earrings and other hygiene-sensitive jewelry are final.
  • Special Sales: All sales of mystery boxes and other special promotional items are final.

Cancellations & Modifications:

  • Timeline: You may cancel or make changes to your order within three hours of placement. After this period, changes are not possible as processing begins immediately to ensure prompt delivery.

Warranty:

  • Coverage: Chic Froid offers a Lifetime Warranty on our jewelry for any manufacturing defects or damages during normal wear. This warranty entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece. If the item is no longer available, you may exchange it for another piece of equal or lesser value.
  • User Damage: The warranty does not cover damages from user mishandling such as scratches or accidental breakage.
  • Repair Fee: After the 30-Day Quality Guarantee, a repair fee of $99 CAD will be charged for any craftsmanship defects or breakage on made-to-order items.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages:

  • Domestic: Packages that are refused or unclaimed and returned to us are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
  • International: Customers are responsible for all original shipping charges, import fees, duties, and taxes. These costs will be deducted from your merchandise refund if the package is refused or unclaimed and returned to Chic Froid.
