Ordering & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
- Canada: Standard shipping takes 4-6 business days; Express shipping takes 2-4 business days.
- United States: Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days; Express shipping takes 3-5 business days.

How can I track my order?
- Once your order is placed, we will ship your package within 48 hours. Tracking information will be automatically emailed to you, or messaged via SMS if a phone number is included with your order. If you haven't received your tracking information, please check your spam folder.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
- You can cancel or make changes to your order only within three hours of placing it. After this period, we cannot make changes as our warehouse processes orders quickly.
Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
- You may return or exchange your order within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. A restocking fee may apply for refunds.

How do I initiate a return?
- To start a return, please contact us at ChicFroid@gmail.com. We will guide you through the process. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?
- Custom and made-to-order items, earrings due to hygiene reasons, and special sale items like mystery boxes are final sale and cannot be returned.
Duties & Taxes

Am I responsible for customs duties and taxes on international orders?
- Yes, customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These are not refundable.

What happens if I refuse to pay customs fees?
- If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, you will not be refunded for the original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any associated fees.

What if my order is lost or marked as delivered but not received?
- Chic Froid is not liable for packages that are lost or marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier to resolve delivery issues.

How long do I have to report a problem with my order?
- You have 14 days from the delivery date to contact us to request a resolution for any fulfillment issues.

What if an item is out of stock after I've placed an order?
- If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, you may choose to receive store credit or request a refund.
